My approach to healing and personal transformation is holistic, focusing upon you as a unique, complex, dynamic being of body, mind and spirit. I serve as a facilitator in your self-initiated process of healing and transformation.

I am here as your committed listener, your mirror, your partner in the process. In the course of our work together, we will explore areas that influence your state of well-being. We may address your health history, life stressors, belief systems and attitudes, your family and childhood history, diet, exercise, dreams, longings and how you are in relationships. Your sharing is always kept confidential.

At the onset of a session, we collaborate in an interview process where I gather a sense of who you are and where you are free to ask questions about my work as an energy healer. I create a safe, empathic environment that supports you in your unique healing journey.

During this non-invasive hands-on healing session, you remain fully clothed while laying on a massage table. I provide sheets, blanket(s) and pillow(s) for your relaxation and comfort. Typically, there will be soothing music playing in the background. At any time, should you be uncomfortable for any reason, this should be conveyed to me so that we can effect those changes are required for the hour or so that we spend together. Once, this part of the session is complete, you may remain on the massage table for several minutes while the process you’ve experienced continues to integrate within you.

Energy work is compelling and profound. It is life-affirming; and, will facilitate and assist you in your healing journey and transformation.

Energy work is not intended to replace any traditional health care treatment that you may be receiving. This is a complementary modality that supports other wellness programs you are currently undertaking. Should you be under a doctor’s care, I would advise and recommend that you continue to follow your healthcare provider’s recommendations. Do not stop any medical treatment you are undergoing unless your doctor has specifically advised you to do so. There may also be occasions where I may recommend that you seek medical attention as well. Occasionally, self-care might include the integrated efforts and coordination of an entire healing team depending upon the health requirements of the individual.
